Waygate Technologies, part of the Baker Hughes company, Hughes is committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations that govern our international trade activities. In March 2022, Baker Hughes announced suspension of new investments for Russian operations, and in August 2022 we announced the sale of our Oilfield Services business in Russia to a local management team. Baker Hughes has no control over equipment legally sold into Russia prior to the issuance of sanctions and is not undertaking any actions to support the operation, repair or servicing of said equipment.
