Discrimination is not tolerated at Zalando. We take every reported case very seriously and investigate it immediately. The Code of Ethics provides clear guidance for our expected behaviour at the workplace, ensuring a non-discriminatory and supportive working environment for each of our employees to thrive. Please understand we are unable to provide details on individual cases of (former) employees.

At Zalando, we promote an inclusive corporate culture that welcomes different perspectives and brings together people from diverse backgrounds. We are proud that people from around 140 countries work at Zalando.

In building a more inclusive workplace at Zalando, we work closely together with our employees, for instance via regular surveys and via our extensive network of 11 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), where employees find communities based on shared identity traits.
