  • Workforce Adjustments:
    • All workforce adjustments at TELUS Digital Türkiye are conducted following a structured and transparent review process to ensure full compliance with applicable Turkish labor law. Decisions regarding these adjustments are based exclusively on documented performance-related factors, cases of misconduct, or evolving operational requirements. Any claims suggesting otherwise do not reflect the facts.
  • Union Representation:
    • Union recognition in Türkiye is determined by law and subject to sector-specific thresholds. Following a legally mandated sector reclassification in 2024 as ruled by a court in a matter brought by another company and totally separate from TELUS Digital, the union referenced in the reports no longer met the criteria to represent employees at TELUS Digital Türkiye. This reclassification was initiated by the Turkish Council of State.
  • Employee Compensation and Working Conditions:
    • In January 2025, we implemented an average salary increase of 44% for our team members in Türkiye, significantly exceeding the government-mandated minimum wage increase of 30%. TELUS Digital also introduced a subsidized wellness and sports program, providing access to a broad range of athletic activities through sports card benefits. Additionally, the company expanded its benefits offering with complimentary health insurance extended to family members of employees.
